"What a total disaster!"
What a total disaster! They claim everything ships in just 2 days! It's right there at checkout, no other shipping options, just their super speedy 2-day delivery. But of course, after you hit pay and the order is processed in about an hour, they send you an email saying it’s really gonna take 4 days. Then, after waiting 4 days with no sign of my stuff, they inform me it’ll actually be 5-7 days. And guess what? Half of my order shows up. Yep, the trees arrive at different times in different boxes. Don’t buy into the hype; they’re no better than what you’d get at a local specialty shop. And believe me, they cost more. Plus, the 12ft tree was all wobbly once I set it up, leaning to one side—it never stood straight and looked kinda weird.

"Lousy Communication"
I’m based in Portland, OR. I placed an order for a tree on November 25, expecting it to show up in just 3 days. A week went by, and I tried calling the company, but I couldn’t get through to anyone. So, I started tracking the order. It finally made its way to Portland from Southern California after 10 days, but it still wasn’t delivered to me. Then I saw it was tracked all the way to Georgia!!! I shot off an email to complain about the situation. To quiet me down, they replied saying they’d send some free ornaments, which I’m not interested in. Now it’s December 11, and I still don’t have my tree. The customer service is awful. They never pick up the phone. If I don’t get my tree by tomorrow, I’m gonna reach out to my credit card company for a refund. I’ve tried multiple times to get someone on the line, but no luck.

"My Experience with the Blue Dutch Flocked Tree"
Last year, I purchased the blue dutch flocked tree. Who would’ve thought this artificial tree would come with a bunch of cord connections, making it feel like the nightmare tree from Elm Street? It’s not lighting up, and while it claims to have a two-year warranty, the support for this tree is lacking. The diagrams and videos are pretty awful. Plus, there’s no one to chat with or pick up the phone! They did respond to an email, but that wasn’t enough.

"Terrible support from the company!!!!!"
My tree is three days overdue. Nobody is responding to my emails or returning my calls. The customer service is just awful! I don’t care how great the tree is when it finally gets here, I’m never ordering from them again! They’re just not worth the trouble.

"Rip-off Alert!"
I bought a tree thinking the early Black Friday discounts would be the same as on the actual day. The tree is decent, but honestly, it’s not any better than similar ones I found at Lowe's for a lower price. Just a few days after my order (the tree did come pretty fast), I noticed they were offering an extra $100 off. I reached out to see if they’d give me that extra discount since it was so soon after my purchase, but they said no. They mentioned that they only do price matching within 48 hours and any credits are just store credit. Seriously, how many fake Christmas trees does one person need? Their policy seems designed to benefit the company while showing they don’t care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and grab a nice tree for a better price at your local big box store. At least they have fair return and discount policies.

"Received the wrong item twice."
I keep getting the incorrect garland sent to me. They asked for pictures, which I provided. Then they wanted them from another angle, and so on. I've wasted so much time on the phone, waiting, and reporting the mix-up (I got garlands with plugs instead of the battery-operated ones I ordered), taking and sending photos, and then waiting for the replacement. The package arrived today, and guess what? It’s the same issue again—plugs instead of battery-operated. So, tomorrow, I’ll have to call again, wait on hold, and send more pictures, I’m sure. This was my first experience with King of Christmas, but honestly, I just can’t spare this much time. I’m going to ask for a refund and look for something else.

"Warranty on $700 tree? Not a chance."
They won't stand by their warranty. Purchased a tree back in November 2020. We pulled it out recently and saw that the lower branches were dragging on the ground and the base was bent, making the tree lean precariously. It's likely to topple over. This seems to be a design issue with their stand. The tree is bending right where the stand connects to the trunk. They flat out refused to honor the warranty. The customer service rep and her supervisor claimed they were top-notch and wouldn’t let me talk to anyone higher up. Then, the supervisor just hung up on me.

"Watch Out for This Website!"
There's a site out there with a name kinda like this one. Turns out, it's a scam. I went ahead and ordered what I believed was a Christmas present for my kid. I reached out to them, and they let me know that this site is a scam. Just be cautious, folks!
